How it works

  • When a client asks us to conduct a survey, we jointly select the most appropriate research methodology.
  • We then design the questionnaire / discussion guide, thoroughly check it and translate it into the necessary languages.
  • Then we program and host the questionnaire and check it online if it fulfils all quality standards and is user friendly, and then we proceed with recruiting and screening the target sample.
  • When we reach the required number of completed questionnaires, the data is collected and collated.
  • We are often requested to handle the full scope of fieldwork, and in those cases, we will provide findings in the required format (Excel, PDF, HTML etc).
  • Finally, we prepare an extensive report, with recommendations and presentations where requested.
